What does Our Company Manufacture?
The type of products supplied by D.F. Srl essentially covers all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, combining precision and reliability with safety and aseptic operation.
The company’s guidelines are based on the continuous research and development of innovative solutions, while respecting quality.
Headquarters
At the beginning of 2002, D.F. Srl headquarters moved from the industrial zone of Isola d’Arbia, in Siena, to a plant larger than 3,000 square metres provided with all the necessary spaces and equipment to allow specific sectoral working.
Our company consists of:
- A workshop for precision mechanical machining of prototypes equipped with modern working centres;
- A mechanical and electronic assembly and testing department for the direct integration of the control systems;
- Administrative department and automatic management of orders.
- A mechanical assembly and testing department able to contain even several complete lines at the same time, checking all the working phases;
- A large warehouse to manage orders ensuring ready availability of production spare parts;
- A department for making frames and external steel finishes of machinery and pharmaceutical furniture;
- A large Technical Department equipped with the latest CAD drawing tools;

Comecer is an Italian company based in Castel Bolognese (Ravenna) and established in the mid-1970s.
With three production sites and offices in all over the world Comecer markets its products in over 100 countries through a direct sales network and some technological partnerships for the joint development of new products.
D.F. Srl, with its experience and technology, is linked with Comecer to extend the group’s package to areas such as washing, sterilisation and drug dispensing.

Engineer Massimo Boldrini, after many years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, founded D.F. – divisione filtri [filters division]
1988
The first pharmaceutical line was produced, consisting of a washing machine, sterilisation tunnel and filling machine
1992
D.F. changed its company name to D.F. Srl
2001
To cope with steady expansion D.F. Srl moved to a new plant
2004
D.F. AGRI was founded and was managed by engineer Duccio Boldrini
2005
The new Isolation Technology division built the first automatic under-isolator production line
2010
A photovoltaic system was installed as part of a “green policy”
2015
The Handing Division was developed
2017
The software house D.F. System was founded

D.F. Srl joined the ATS group directly linked to Comecer
